Suzanne has a passion for building lasting relationships, driving strategic excellence, and delivering impactful organizational transformations for her clients.

She has over 20 years of strategy, organizational leadership, systems delivery, management consulting experience with a successful track record of leading client engagements across a diverse range of industries including banking, insurance, legal, government, and high technology. 

Suzanne has a unique ability to blend her deep expertise in operational excellence, business solution delivery, organizational design, and change management to deliver business solutions that provide measured improvements in productivity and quality within a sustainable organizational framework. She has led many successful client engagements by effectively aligning programs with strategic planning and tactical execution across a wide variety of complex and challenging environments.

Suzanne holds B.S. from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and a M.B.A. in Marketing from Loyola University of Chicago. She also is a PROSCI Certified Change Practitioner and previously held a certification in SAFe 5.0 Implementation.

In her free time, Suzanne enjoys reading, travel, and spending time with her family and Old English Sheepdog. She has held board positions with Tigard Library and the YMCA Camp Campbell in CA. Suzanne has been active in the League of Women Voters holding past positions as Secretary for the Evanston, IL chapter and Chair of Voter Services in San Jose, CA chapter.
